Open House's in Los Angeles are TIGHT!!

So 2/3rds of “The Hella Tightness” rolled around town a bit today. Had a little late breakfast at Fred’s and got served a dime bag from the most cheerful waitress ever, and by cheerful I mean I think her dog was just ran over. It’s a beautiful day, a little ominous and dreary but beautiful at the same time. What to do?
The decision:
The plan was to go see some of these fat houses in our hood and get the scoop on how much they are going for and who the heck are the a-holes that live in them. Most of the people that lived in them were in the film industry in some form or another. The price ranges were fro. $1.1-$1.75 million. Some of the homes were very unassuming as you walked up. They looked like a typical house you would see in Land Park but when you got inside they were amazing. The highlight of the day was for sure meeting the guy that created the Disney afternoon. Freaking Duck Tales! This guy’s house was sick! The backyard crushed for sure with 12 ft deep swimming pool and a view of Los Angeles. It even had his and hers changing rooms right as you entered the pool area.
The thing that stood out most to me today was the real estate agents that were hosting the open houses. They were all extremely pleasant and down to earth people. I was little concerned at first since I am wearing my all star game day throwback Dominique Wilkins jersey and looked like I have no business setting foot in a million dollar home but they were all very gracious and willing to answer any and all questions.
Good show Los Feliz. Good show.

  1. Tor man loved Ducktales. And Talespin. He liked Gooftroop. He was somewhat indifferent to The rescue Rangers. I shared his sentiments and yours. I'm gonna fire up some ducktales on hulu. If they have it. Party.
